Couple excellent choice
We got to enjoy a spacious room with high ceilings. The receptionist was super helpful, even took time to call other hotels around to help us find one that would let our bikes stay.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

The room I booked was spacious & well maintained and available with hanger for clothes, a high ceiling, shower. The hotel had an absolutely incredible location within short walking distance to a public square.

Saint Vincent? Oh, please! The noise was unbearable, I heard every luod snore and conversation! Not to mention, there's no left luggage facilities, just a stairwell? I was almost going to give it a decent review, but no complimentary gesture for my trouble? Absoluteley unacceptable! 10/10 For location though, I guess. Just wish they cared more about guests.

The venue is reasonably large and neat with a great value and really helpful staff. Delightful food options. Location next to nice bistros, the river and historic places, the old centre, and the city hall, the Metro and Opera. Modern design, friendly service in the entire hotel. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too...

Character-rich interior design, unique stone staircase, historic ambiance
It's frustrating to deal with horrible WiFi that requires constant re-logging!!! The small bathroom size could really use an update!!!

The Junior Suite was cozy, but the WiFi was annoyingly weak .

The hotel has a prime location for sightseeing.
I found the noise levels quite disruptive as I could hear every guest in the corridor late at night. The air conditioning was unpredictable. While it was comfortable at night, daytime temperatures were uncomfortably warm.

The historical charm of this hotel, paired with its well-kept, spacious rooms, makes it an appealing choice. Just a short walk across the bridge brings you to the old town, and the staff's restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Keep in mind the lack of elevators and occasional noise from wooden floors.

The location is fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions while being surprisingly quiet at night. Room comfort was a highlight, with high ceilings and contemporary decor. The lack of facilities was disappointing, with no coffee or tea amenities and inconsistent WiFi. Breakfast options were limited and not very inviting, detracting from the overall experience.

Everything was excellent at this hotel! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The double room was spacious, beautifully done with new furniture, and it offered a peaceful view of a quiet narrow street. Breakfast was so good with a nice variety, including cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh pastries.
The lobby could use a more inviting decor.
